Description
Dermaviduals Enzyme Peeling Mask (also known as Enzyme Skin Renewal) is a biological peeling treatment of the skin based on natural enzymes as for example pineapple or papaya enzymes. These enzymes provide protein as well as lipid-degrading properties. The mask base is a mixture of kaolin and bentonite. This is the most respectful method of exfoliation, encouraging the epidermis natural desquamation process.
Applying the enzyme peeling loosens and removes the dead skin cells (keratinozytes). The result are smaller pores, a very even skin appearance and an increased receptivity of the skin for the subsequently applied active agents. In addition to that it has a preventive effect against comedones, milia and pustules. Along with the influence of heat and humidity the enzymes penetrate between comedo plug and follicular wall and loosen or even partially dissolve the sebaceous and cornoid mixture. Enzyme peeling is recommended for the facial skin as well as other body parts as for example the chapped backs of the hand and areas of bad skin on the back.

How To Use
After cleansing with Dermaviduals DMS Cleansing Milk or Dermaviduals Cleansing Gel, mix half a teaspoon of enzyme powder in to an egg cup and mix with water in to a paste.  Apply to the skin and massage gently. This treatment can be left on for up to 10-20 minutes. For best results, keep the mask moist by massaging with wet fingertips occasionally. Rinse off thoroughly with cold water.
 
For normal skin types, use once a week.  For problem and spotty skin use 2-3 times a week or as directed by your skin therapist.
